Adopting a dog

According to the CDC there are many health benefits to owning a pet. Adopting a dog from the rescue not only give you all of the health benefits, but also helps ensure that a dog is not put down. Pit bulls specifically are vulnerable, only 1 in 600 pit bulls that go to a shelter ever find a fur-ever home. You can be the reason a pit bull, or any other dog, finds a loving place to call home.

Fostering a Dog

Fostering a dog is a great service, not only for the dog itself, but for the community and even for yourself. Fostering a dog helps get them out of a shelter, which also frees up room for another dog at the shelter. It also is a great way for the dog to be seen by potential adopters in a better light. Fostering can be a good first step for anyone thinking of adopting, but not quite ready to make the full commitment.

What we do

Our Services

Rescuing dogs

Finding dogs who need our help is at the core of what we do here at Pit Squad Rescue. Once we are able to identify that a dog needs our help we start the process of physically rescuing them, getting them evaluated with a veterinarian, and getting them placed into a foster home.

Finding dogs a loving Home

We are committed to making sure each dog we rescue ends up at the place it will call home for the rest of its life. Every dog, no matter the breed, deserves to be loved and cherished.

What Drives Us

Our Mission

We are dedicated and devoted to love and help these dogs find their fur-ever home!
